**Job Summary and Qualifications**

Responsible of performing various cleaning tasks, running a dish machine, and operating a manual pot & pan wash station.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Operates commercial dish machine & manual pot washing stations.

+ Sets up dish machine &/or pot areas promptly at the beginning of each shift and keeps kitchen supplied with clean pots/pans/china/silverware/etc throughout the day.
+ Maintains area with appropriate cleaning supplies and requisitions items as needed prior to running out.
+ Thoroughly breaks down and cleans equipment after each meal period.
