Your day at NTT DATA

The Associate IT Data Center Operations Analyst is an entry level subject matter expert and is typically responsible for learning the skills to provide technical support for data center operations, installing and troubleshooting server hardware and software, and ensuring system security and performance.

This role may also be involved in IT infrastructure projects, monitoring network stability, and coordinating tasks with vendors and internal teams to maintain efficient data center operations.
