We are hiring FM Supervisors / Team Leaders to supervise daily maintenance operations and coordinate technical teams in high-rise building facilities. The role includes planning maintenance schedules, monitoring work quality, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting smooth facility operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Facility Management operations
Experience in high-rise building maintenance required
Strong team supervision and leadership skills
Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution
Ability to coordinate site operations and technical personnel
Good communication and reporting skills
