Develop maximum customer relations by floral department personnel through personal example of friendliness and courtesy and implementation of all company policies. Be perceptive and handle customer complaints. Responsible for receiving, processing, and producing Florist Transworld Delivery orders for delivery Coach and train on pricing, price marking, rotation, stocking, insuring the proper emphasis on customer courtesy and productivity. Provide active support of our Customer 1st culture. Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the Floral Department.
