Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all bakery department functions
- Follow and enforce strict food safety standards
- Ensure display cases and other merchandising areas are stocked and properly faced at all times in accordance with department standards
- Maximize sales and gross profits, ensuring financial objectives are achieved
- Coach and train Staff
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
- Any additional duties as required by Store Management
