Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all bakery department functions
• Follow and enforce strict food safety standards
• Ensure display cases and other merchandising areas are stocked and properly faced at all times in accordance with department standards
• Maximize sales and gross profits, ensuring financial objectives are achieved
• Coach and train Staff
• Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
• Any additional duties as required by Store Management
