Job Title: Floor Manager (Temp-to-Hire)


Robert Half is seeking a Floor Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is 100% onsite and starting pay is $23+hour DOE. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with additional time before and after regular production hours as needed. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.


Position Summary

The Floor Manager will oversee daily manufacturing and production floor operations, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating workflow, resolving production issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
