To provide analysis and reviews on Macro Space performance using, Floor Space Allocation (FSA), highlights and available financial data to optimise, sequence and apportion floor space

• To drive the effective delivery of floor plan and fixture development at store level in support of strategic, category and format initiatives
• Utilization of multiple Floor Planning Data Points to perform what if scenario for the Category teams to optimise space performance at department level
• Ensure Department, Fixtures, Sequence, Fixture Allocation Group data is set up in FSA
