You will lead the department empowering your employees to create unique experiences for our guests, encouraging, recognizing and training them to deliver an extraordinary service, and create a successful business.
In partnership with the Restaurant Manager you will maintain the standards of the outlet, improve the outlet’s beverage menu, work and follow up on guest and employee satisfaction focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the departmental and hotel’s goals.
