Floor Manager – Food Division
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Floor Manager – Food Division to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service across food departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall floor operations of Food departments
Ensure proper stock availability, merchandising, and freshness standards
Monitor sales performance and achieve department targets
Supervise staff performance, attendance, and customer handling
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams
Ensure implementation of SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle customer complaints and operational issues effectively
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4–6 years of experience in retail food operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of FMCG and food retail operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
