Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Service Customer ( Patients & families)
- To be the single point of contact for all the services needed by the VIP patient and there relative.
- Ensure comfortable stay of the VIP patients through effective delivery of services in coordination of the other departments within the hospital.
Operations (Core area)
Pre Arrival of the VIP patients
- Gather information pertaining to the likes, dislikes, traits of the VIP patients. E.g.- Food habits, Allergens from previous visits
- Make necessary arrangements according to the information gathered.
- Coordinate with the other services of the hospital like Room preparedness, Services alignment, pantry set up before VIP patients arrival.
- Pre place VIP amenities.
