Key Responsibilities: Customer(Patient and Relative)
To be the single point of contact for all the services needed by the patient and there relative within the assigned floor.
Ensure comfortable stay of the VIP patients within the assigned floor through effective delivery of services in coordination of the other departments within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities: Operations (Core area)
Pre Arrival of the VIP patients/ Ascertainment of Patient history.
Gather information pertaining to the likes, dislikes, traits of the VIP patients. E.g.- Food habits, Allergens / Making arrangements for avoiding any previous complaints received.
