The Float Universal Banker II will be assigned to the Monroe as a home base and will float to surrounding branches within approximately 30 miles of that location. The Float Universal Banker II works under the direction of the Customer Experience Manager and partners with Branch Management to implement and carry out Bank policy, procedures, and goals related to the overall operation of the branches.
