You will work as a Float Medical Receptionist in our Clinics in the Myrtle Beach area. You will report to the Assistant Operations Director under the supervision of the Center Administrator in each location. This is an onsite outpatient clinic position.

You will perform such tasks as:

+ Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs.
+ Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit
+ Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as our location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address.
+ Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
