The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the USAF Flight Manuals Program Specialist for all USAF manuals pertaining to operating and maintaining USAF aircraft. The employee implements program management, guidance, policy, and procedures as assigned HQ AFMC.A,3/6 as the executive agent for flight manuals per AFI 11-215. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Plans, organizes and oversees the activities of the USAF Manual Technical order (TO) process. Designated USAF executive lead for the Air Force Flight Manual Program (FMP); responsible for program management, guidance, policy, and procedures.
