**Description:**
You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for supervising avionics crews, conducting ground checks, and ensuring safe, on‑schedule flight‑line activities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading represented avionics technicians and managing daily flight‑line operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise avionics crews performing systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations, adjusting work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.
+ Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established procedures and work plans.
+ Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.
+ Monitor “Clean As You Go” compliance, tool control, and complete end‑of‑shift shutdown processes.
