At Flight Centre, our Travel Consultants spend their days having meaningful customer conversations, converting enquiries into bookings, and working toward clear sales targets while earning commission on every sale. You will work in a fast paced, customer facing retail environment where personality, performance, and customer experience all matter.
This role is rewarding, but it’s not easy, especially in your first few months. You will be learning multiple systems, navigating a wide range of products, and managing high volume customer conversations, all while building confidence in a dynamic retail environment.
