The Flexo Press Operator, working closely with the Technical Services Supervisor, is responsible for operating and monitoring the assigned machines in the printing and coding facility. This role requires experience in a production environment, an efficiency-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless operational flow.

ROLE

• Ensure all machines are operated in the correct way and according to production plan with an efficiency mindset in printing and coding facility
• Ensure operator level maintenance/cleaning activities listed in maintenance plans are carried out properly for assigned machine/machines in printing and coding facility
• Take necessary actions with supervision of Technical Service Supervisor to reduce the waste
• Ensure production quantities, waste quantities and reason for waste are recorded without any delay
