Flexcube Application Support Lead manages the stability, performance, and enhancements of Oracle's core banking platform (Flexcube), leading teams to resolve complex incidents, handle production issues, manage upgrades, and ensure smooth operations for financial institutions, requiring deep technical skills in Flexcube, database, PL/SQL, and strong stakeholder communication.
