You will be responsible to plan, coordinate and carry out sourcing and onboarding of manpower agencies
You will conduct interviews with the vendors, evaluate their performances based on their pitch, negotiate on the terms of business and close the deals that are in mutual agreement between the entity and the vendors
You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, internally (recruitment legal, procurement etc) and externally (vendors)
You will prepare training materials for the vendors and ensure the standard operating guidelines are in place
You will also need to schedule and provide training to all new vendors, ensuring that their knowledge is sufficient prior to operations
You will need to make sure that the operations meet the targeted SLAs by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed.
