Job Description
The Fleet Operations Specialist I - Expedite supervises the daily activities for the assigned PTWT owner operators. This position is responsible for enforcing Company and departmental policies including, but not limited to, Contractor safety compliance, Contractor problem resolution, cost control and profitability for the contractor, service compliance, and operational efficiencies all while encouraging departmental and company budget attainment.

Responsibilities
* Operate 15-30 specific PTWT trucks effectively handling any issues as it relates to settlements, processes and revenue generated.
* Build relationships with the drivers of the assigned fleet and ensure they understand their expectations and business needs.
* Ensure company policies are communicated, applied, and enforced.
* Serve as the point of contact to receive all escalated customer and contractor calls and work with the customer/contractor to provide a best in class solution.
