Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee maintenance, operations, and performance of a semi-trailer fleet in Antioch, IL. This role is ideal for candidates coming from large-scale fleet environments (Walmart, Amazon, or similar) who have progressed from Maintenance Manager or Shop leadership roles and bring strong operational oversight, team leadership, and preventative maintenance expertise.

• Oversee daily operations of the semi-trailer fleet, ensuring safety, uptime, and cost efficiency
• Manage and lead maintenance teams, including technicians and shop personnel
• Drive preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely repair execution
