Position Overview

JOB PURPOSE: 
Under the direct supervision of the RM Operations Manager, this role leads the strategic management and performance of the ready-mix fleet, ensuring all vehicles and mobile equipment are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position focuses on leading maintenance teams, optimizing asset lifecycle and maintenance costs, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and maximizing fleet availability to support uninterrupted operations, while fostering a strong safety culture aligned with ZERO4LIFE.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Fleet Availability and Reliability: Ensure maximum uptime of truck mixers, pumps, and support vehicles to meet production and delivery demands across all locations within the UAE.

Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimise breakdowns and extend asset life.
