The Role

The Fleet Development Specialist will support the strategic growth and development of GM's fleet business in Saudi Arabia, working closely with dealers and the Country Manager to drive sales and market share. This position assists in the development of dealer fleet departments, supports sales force capabilities, and helps implement regional initiatives. The role builds strong relationships with key accounts, supports unified go‑to‑market plans, and ensures profitable fleet sales penetration, contributing to GM’s fleet growth and dealer performance in the region.
