As a Fleet Operations Assistant in Eurokars Leasing, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operations of the fleet management department. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, coordination with rental customers, and assistance in maintaining a well-functioning fleet.

Oversee and execute daily vehicle upkeep to maintain optimal condition, including interior and exterior cleanliness and functionality.

Ensure vehicles are consistently maintained, including regular servicing and repairs.

Handle delivery and collection of vehicles to and from customers promptly and professionally.

Attend to vehicle-related issues such as accidents, replacements, or damages.

Coordinate and arrange for vehicles to be sent for servicing and repairs, while maintaining communication and following up on progress with workshops and external service providers.
