Rotational shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Our client in the logistics industry is currently looking for a Junior Fleet Controller to join a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track truck and driver movements

Update planned loads on Soloplan/Fleet Management Systems

Ensure drivers receive loading instructions and updates

Manage PODs and related transport documentation

Monitor diesel consumption and driver efficiency

Liaise with clients regarding deliveries, delays, and updates

Manage driver attendance and time-off schedules

Report and follow up on breakdowns and operational issues

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12

Over 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Controller within freight/logistics
