In this role, you will support our galley teams across the fleet while developing your skills on our ferries. This role has no set location; you will have the opportunity to work on all of our Irish Sea vessels.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across different vessels with varying galley setups, adapting to each ship’s pace, size, and specifications.
• Maintain strict standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with maritime and company regulations, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of food.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, including the safe operation of kitchen equipment.
