Minimum 3 years of experience as front of house managerial/operational in a 4/5 star luxury hotel, cruise line, or related hospitality industry.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the fleet and self‑manage workload and productivity to ensure maximum output via remote supervision.
Ability to conduct training sessions at all levels, including one‑on‑ones and large groups.
Flexibility to manage, focus, direct and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation by navigating through a changing work environment.
Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Able to give and receive instructions in verbal and written form and engage efficiently with guests and crew members.
