Devise a clear and deliverable Fleet & Used Car Strategy for GME to deliver the volume, profit and CX required to be leaders in luxury car sales
Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Head of Sales Operations to devise a set of Europe Fleet guidelines with consideration for future market inclusion
Monitor and analyse Fleet & Used car sales performance, taking corrective action plans when deviations occur and reporting results internally
Ensure a robust and accurate weekly forecast
Provide guidance and support to markets in enhancing their Fleet organization and processes, actively identifying needs and opportunities
