Role Accountabilities Lead a team of flavour experts and define priorities for Oral Care flavour program working very closely with R&D program directors, procurement, and flavour houses. Develop and execute the Flavour Strategy, encompassing both technical and consumer insights and delivering key category superiority and 5s initiatives. Drive quality standards of flavoured products to deliver winning flavours, ensuring fit to Brand. Mine consumer, sensory and flavour data to interpret results in accordance to agreed protocols and utilise expert personal judgement to give direction to the flavour team on superior flavour and product development. Work collaboratively with Flavour House partners to translate the flavour direction for the product into desirable flavours often in autonomy.
