JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager at Action Enterprise Logistics (AEL) plays a crucial role in managing and expanding existing customer accounts. This position is focused on developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency while driving overall improvements and profitability. The Account Manager will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service, introduce additional AEL service offerings, and continuously seek opportunities to add value to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all logistics needs.
