**Job Description**

We are seeking dedicated and safety-oriented Flaggers to work in outdoor environments supporting roadway construction and maintenance projects. This role is vital for ensuring the safety of workers, drivers, and pedestrians by managing traffic flow around active work zones.

**Responsibilities**

+ Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to maintain safe movement through work zones.
+ Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades according to company and state standards.
+ Monitor road and worksite conditions and adjust traffic control patterns as needed to ensure safety.
