As a Centralised Services People Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to the Operational teams and wider business. You will lead on and or contribute to the development and implementation of key strategic, Operational and business improvement projects. You proactively partner with key stakeholders and develop initiatives and activities that positively contribute to colleague experience and improve key business metrics. You will have a keen eye for detail and will analyse key people data to support all proposals. You will be accountable for leading the Centralised Services Team, ensuring governance, compliance and data integrity at the core of the function, prioritising service and ensuring positive user experiences. You will report directly to the UK People and Group People Services Manager.
