About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Director-level Fixed Income Sales Specialist to join the team in Hong Kong responsible for coverage of our Greater China markets sales business.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for covering institutional clients for Fixed Income products with a focus on Greater China clients.
• Develop and grow the current client base, develop strong partnership with our clients
• Identify opportunities for the current platform and proactively drive the platform buildout for growth
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and development of service standards and goals within Securities Sales
• Proactively identify client opportunities for the current platform, provide feedback on customer demand and make recommendations to drive product innovation
