Title: Five9 Contact Center Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Five9 Contact Center Engineer to take full ownership of our cloud contact center architecture. This is a hands-on technical role where the successful candidate will design, build, and optimize complex end-to-end IVR scripts, advanced skill-based routing profiles, and outbound dialer configurations in a blended environment.

The ideal candidate is both an architect and a developer—comfortable designing omnichannel customer journeys while also writing custom scripts (JavaScript/Python), handling webhooks, and integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk via REST/SOAP APIs. As the subject matter expert in Five9, you will also develop custom dashboards and troubleshoot complex routing and voice issues.
