Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fitter / Fabricator to support the fabrication and assembly of heavy industrial rail equipment components. This role is responsible for layout, cutting, fitting, and welding of carbon steel components ranging from 1/8” to 4” thickness, using a variety of fabrication tools and welding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working from blueprints and performing precision fabrication to build structural components such as frames, tanks, axle mounts, and custom assemblies. This role is minimum on site 4 days a week in Chesapeake VA. Work schedule is 4 x 10 hours days with option overtime on Fridays when workload allows.
