This is a 32 hour per week contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all members and hotel guests, supporting their membership goals.
• Run classes and provide coaching as scheduled by the Club Manager.
• Proactively work with the sales team to support membership growth, including handling telecoms and prospect club tours.
• Organize and schedule induction programs for members.
• Act on member problems effectively or refer any issues you cannot resolve to your supervisor. ...
