Responsibilities
- Fitness assessments: Conduct an initial consultation to assess a client's fitness level, goals, and reasons for training.
- This assessment may include a postural assessment, movement analysis, flexibility assessment, and cardiovascular fitness test.
- Creating exercise programs: Create customized workout plans based on a client's fitness level and goals.
- Demonstrating exercises: Demonstrate how to perform exercises and routines to improve fitness and minimize injuries.
- Providing guidance: Provide physical and mental guidance to clients, and educate them on how to have a healthy lifestyle.
- Monitoring progress: Regularly monitor a client's progress and make sure they don't get injured.
- Leading group classes: Lead group exercise classes.
