The Fit-Out Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of a £300k interior fit-out project across two floors in Cambridge. The role will ensure that works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

Oversee all on-site operations for the fit-out works across two floors.

Deliver the project within programme, budget, and specification.

Coordinate sequencing of trades to ensure efficient workflows and minimal disruption.

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Site Management

Manage subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to required standards.

Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
