- Handle multiple fast-track residential fit-out projects simultaneously
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs tenders and subcontractor packages
- Conduct cost analysis budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
- Manage variations claims and change orders efficiently
- Liaise with project managers site teams and clients
- Ensure timely certification of payments and valuations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
