Position Overview
Fish Grill Cook / Fish Grill Chef – Arabic Seafood Restaurant Walk in Interview ( Any day )- Monday to Thursday 4pm – 5pm
Key Responsibilities: - Clean, cut, portion, and prepare fish and seafood for cooking.
- Marinate seafood using approved recipes and seasoning methods.
- Grill fish, shrimp, squid, lobster, and other seafood items according to customer orders and restaurant standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper preparation.
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and consistently.
- Maintain quality control of seafood products and report any concerns regarding freshness.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.
- Assist with stock monitoring and inform supervisors of inventory shortages.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
