Role Overview The Fish Cutter / Helper is responsible for cutting, cleaning, and portioning seafood products according to company standards while supporting packing, labeling, weighing, and hygiene activities. Responsibilities - Cut, clean, trim, and portion fish according to specifications and quality standards
- Support packing, labeling, and weighing of seafood products accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and processing areas at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading seafood deliveries when required
