**WORK SCHEDULE**

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

Provide fiscal, payroll, and administrative support for the Environmental Services (EVS) department. This position performs payroll processing, financial reporting, recordkeeping, and administrative functions to support daily operations while ensuring compliance with UW Medicine policies and procedures.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Process employee payroll, leave entitlements, orientation hours, payroll corrections, and status changes.
+ Review timesheets, resolve payroll exceptions, and reconcile FTE allocations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
