Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist individuals and/or their families with implementing their self-direction budgets by attending meetings, ensuring payments are made according to everyone's budget. As employer of record ensure quality and Medicaid Compliance standards are met according to regulations.



Hiring Rate $22-26/hour commensurate with experience



Essential Functions:


+ Direct contact for person supported and manager of service; this includes serving as a member of their Circle of Support (COS) as assigned per caseload.

+ Provide ongoing training and support to persons supported and COS to gain and maintain the skills necessary to manage self-directed services.
