The Regional Program Manager will be responsible for developing, scoping, planning, and executing medium to major construction projects—including retrofits, greenfield, and brownfield projects—ranging from SGD 5 million and above, as well as multiple smaller projects at non‑strategic locations, in single or accumulated amounts. The role reports to the UOB Group CRES Program Management Office (PMO) Lead and requires clear communication across all levels and strong presentation skills.

Responsible for ASEAN/ASIA strategic countries primarily Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, and Vietnam, leading execution programs and projects globally with the requisite industry project management mindset and UOB Tollgate & UOB RPP policy.
