We’re currently recruiting First Officers with the following experience:

• Valid ICAO ATPL (Full) license
• Valid Type Rating and Instrument Rating on B737 Aircraft
• Last flight on B737 equipment must have been performed no more than one year ago
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate
• English language proficiency level 4
• 500 hours on B737 family aircraft
• Maximum age limit up to 45 years at the time of application

Introduction to the Selection Process

The selection process will consist of five stages , which include review of your application, a technical test, a personality assessment, an interview, and a simulator assessment.

Each stage must be successfully completed for the candidate to advance to the next phase, ensuring a fair and consistent assessment throughout the process.
