Were a warm, close-knit family based in Kelowna, BC, expecting our second baby any day now! We have an almost 2 year old daughter, Nora, and are looking for a part-time nanny to care for her starting in July when I return to work (3 days/week).
We practice attachment parenting and are looking for someone who genuinely understands toddler development someone who meets big feelings with calm and patience, and knows that co-regulation is more important than compliance. Nora is a curious, energetic little girl who loves being outside, and wed love someone who enjoys getting out for walks and being truly present with her.
The role includes light tidying (toys, laundry, dishes) alongside caring for Nora. Were a respectful, easygoing household and will treat our nanny well this is a relationship we want to invest in.
