An exciting, growing law firm specializing in legal malpractice and commercial litigation is seeking an associate attorney for its expanding team. The firm handles interesting litigation, is very hybrid/remote flex, and has low billables - 1650!!


The firm is based on the west side with a hybrid work schedule. Experienced attorneys can negotiate remote immediately.


Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

This person will work on FINRA litigation.

Discovery, including depositions.

Law and motion.

Court appearances.

Pleadings.

Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Billable Hour Req: 1650


Compensation, Benefits, Other Perks:

Salary from $170,000 to $190,000
