Fully accountable for the overall performance of the Finishing Division
Responsible for the set-up of the Division and to establish relevant working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures and to make sure working standards, Standard and Operating Procedures are strictly followed within the Division
Controlling production cost and use of production facilities
Responsible for the department Manpower Planning & Overtime Control
Responsible for the smooth management (day to day) of the Finishing Division, controlling production activities in term or output quality and quantity and time delivery to achieve planned production.
Responsible to provide inputs / recommendations in his/her fields of expertise with close consultation with the Technical and QA/QC
Responsible for the Health and Safety of the Department
