CSCS, SMSTS, Time served apprenticeship preferred but not essential, Qualifications appreciated but not essential
Interface with subcontractors on site. Eye for detail with an emphasis on quality & client sign off's. Sub-contractor management, programme control and input, Q/A , coordination of trades in an industrial/ commercial construction arena circa £20mill. Report issues to the Fit out PM.

Support the fit out PM as a presence on site. No office work required
Extensive experience in managing fit out sub contractors and coordinating with M&P trades & Manager. Able to hit the ground running and take control of the programme, quality and H&S at site level. Great interpersonal skills.
08.00- 17-00, 5 days a week on site
