We are hiring a Sander/Finisher to support production of high-quality wood products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on sanding, finishing, and preparing materials while ensuring attention to detail and consistent quality. Candidates will work with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Responsibilities**

+ Sand wood cabinets using hand tools and power sanders to achieve smooth finishes.
+ Fill imperfections with wood putty and prepare surfaces for finishing.
+ Mix and apply coatings including paint, epoxy, and lacquer.
